Decals is a collection of Feinsod's early poems. These poems are some of the most moving and insightful work of his career. They explore the complexities of human relationships and the ways in which we cope with loss and longing.
One of the most striking things about Feinsod's poetry is his use of imagery. He has a gift for creating vivid and memorable images that stay with the reader long after they have finished reading the poem.
In the poem "Decals," Feinsod writes about the way that memories can cling to us, even after the people and places they are associated with are gone.
The decals on the wall, A map of where we've been. The places we've called home, The people we've loved and lost. They're fading now, Like the memories they represent. But I can still see them, In my mind's eye. And I know that they'll always be there, A reminder of the past, And the people who made it so special.
Feinsod's poems are not always easy to read. They can be painful, at times, but they are also deeply rewarding. They offer a glimpse into the human heart and the ways in which we cope with the challenges of life.
Decals is a beautiful and moving collection of poems that deserves to be read by anyone who appreciates great poetry.
